Join Conditions
1. Distributors must be independent corporate legal entities, have business licenses officially approved by the national industry and commerce department, have independent accounts, and be able to independently carry out external business operations.
2. Recognize Xingguang's philosophy, accept and abide by Xingguang's system, and voluntarily accept the supervision, assessment and management of Xingguang. Violation of the relevant system of the Starlight Company shall be subject to the assessment of the Starlight Company.
3. Distributors must have certain experience in selling similar products, have a certain reputation and influence in the local industry, and have a dominant sales volume or strong development potential.
4. Distributors must have strong business activities and good financial status.
5. Distributors must have good commercial credit and must not have bad records or commercial fraud.
6. The dealer must have a certain area of business premises and storage area.
7. Distributors must set up corresponding positions and equip corresponding practitioners in accordance with the requirements of Xingguang Company.
8. Distributors must abide by the commercial and technical confidentiality regulations of both parties.
